questions about lit circles

hello...i think your idea sounds really good, but i have some questions for you, if you don't mind! you said that the kids do something different each day...could you give me more detail as to what they do each day...for example--the day they do job cards---when and how do they read? when do they fill out their job sheets? how long does this last? are the kids reading a little bit everyday? do they read silently? aloud? round robin? together??? is ths lit activity based on the lit. circle book? i really like your idea, but i really need more specifics in order to get it going in my classroom!!! thanks in advance for your help!!! jamie
