I agree with not getting mad and I COMPLETELY understand how you feel. The same sort of thing happened to me. I am in a brand new school and have worked HARD on my room, only to have the other grade level teacher "borrow" my ideas and constantly compliment "i like what you've done." At first, I was like "Hey, I worked so hard on this all summer!" But, then I realized that it was nice that she was so complimentary and I don't feel at all that she is trying to sabotage my good start. Perhaps the other teacher is just not as creative, and I am now helping her out with her room because it's OUR school and OUR students. I really wouldn't say anything. It will only cause big problems and may cause him/her to do it to an even larger extent.
