Idea...Have you ever used the "Mad Libs" stories? My students really enjoyed these last year and I plan to jumpstart my English with two Mab Lib stories before going into my content area. This tool is great to get the students thinking about of parts of speech and are actively involved. Book stores (Hastings, other, or sometimes I have found ML at larger discount stores like Walmart,etc.)
