I am reading a great book called Guiding Readers and Writers. It has at least 3 pages of questions, many of them higher level thinking, just for fiction! Can you get hold of this book and copy that? If not, email me and I'll try to scan the text in and e-mail it to you. Just a warning though--I am not the most computer savvy person so the results could be iffy.
