"AR percent of goal"

I post the percent of goal as a horizontal bar chart. Names on the left and percents on the top. My class has a wide range of goal. Avid readers might have 100 point goals for the quarter, and others may have a goal of only 25. Either way, both students should have 50 percent of their goal half way through the quarter, so both their bars should be at the same place.On the TOPS report, it says what percent of the quarter has gone by on that day, and it says what percent of their goal they have reached. Hopefully both percents are pretty close. I have found this very successful and all students are striving for 100 percent of their goal, rather than a different amount of points.
