You can make a Bulletin Board of sorts with something like "High Flyers in AR". Then on little planes put children's names. On the side going up you can put levels( 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, etc); averages (80, 90, 100); or points (10, 20, 30). When a child moves up a notch, move his/her plane. This is like a graph.

I believe it is important to place the emphasis on the levels and acheiving higher levels. Three 100's in a row and a child should move up a level. This will recognize all readers for their achievments even if they are not top readers.
