plain headbands and added pipecleaners w/ funky starburst shapes added at the top of the pipecleaners. Hope you can visualize that!!! The little girl who read Cindy Lou Who's lines had really long hair and she used a plastic water bottle, put it on top of her head, pulled up her hair around it and used tons of hairspray----looked just like Cindy Lou Who from the movie. Again, hope you can visualize----but it was ADORABLE!!!!!
