Homework
By Kimberly

Clip to ScrapBook
Get a homework chart for each student. THEY are responsible for keeping up with it. If they do their homework, they get a sticker or a stamp. Once they fill the chart, they get a prize. Fill up the week, get a big sticker;
fill up the chart, get a pencil, etc...

I use the drawing for good behavior. I tell them, the more you put your name in, the better your chances of winning. I remind them it's a drawing and they won't always win. I have a basket of cheap toys and I draw 5 names on Friday. I also have a class jar we fill with marbles (you can use beans, too). If every is here--10 marbles. If

everyone does homework--10 marbles. If we get a compliment--10 marbles. IF WE ARE BAD I TAKE AWAY MARBLES! It is VERY effective as those marbles CLINK into the jar!

Have a great year!
