We also take a binder grade at the end of the term. This really helps the students stay organized. It is an easy 100%...Those that don't get the full credit have to stay in during the special times mentioned earlier to organize their "mess." This kills them and so I usually only have a few at the beginning of the year. Towards the end of the year, everyone is organized.
