Mini books By Michael
|
|
Hi, Holly. I went to a seminar last year and the speaker suggested having the students create mini books. Instead of writing on regular paper, fold the paper into fourths, cut them, and now they have four pages for the book. She said that the students enjoy it and have fun with it. After trying it, she's right. the kids had a blast. Every time they had a story, journal or book report to wirte, they wanted to add it to their mini book collection. You have the kids store them in small empty cereal boxes. Your cafeteria might be able to get you some. Hope this helps!
