    When I teach organization I focus on

    strong leads
    strong ending
    Excellent flow of ideas
    Using transition words to move along
    (These would be mini-lessons.)



    As far as a graphic organizer to use, I like the 4 square method. It is especially awesome and helpful when writing persuasive pieces.
