Angry
By KW

Clip to ScrapBook
It sounds to me that he is angry. Maybe trying some anger management techniques might help him control the urge to lash out at people. For example, when he feels like hitting someone tell him to count to 10, count backwards,
walk away, tell the teacher he is feeling angry and why, crumple up some paper, sharpen a pencil or two, go to the gym or outside and throw a ball against a wall, at home when he feels angry he can "attack" his pillow. Once he gets to where he can control his anger, sit down with him and try to find out what makes him mad. Perhaps he get upset with teachers, parents, and classmates
when they tell him to do something. This could make him feel like they are trying to control and stifle him. A fix for that would be asking him to do something instead of telling. Perhaps he feels bullied. There are many a number of things that could be causing his anger, but first you must teach him how to control it.
