Hi I and not sure how your school does citizenship grades but one teacher I worked with had the students work in groups for each job. 5 students in a group-one for each day and each group was assigned 1-3 jobs. each group decided adn recorded who was responsible for each job each day. any one who did not participate got citizenship marks deducted for the week. This was third grade.hope this gives you an idea or two.
