First Day Jitters

Well, my first day was yesterday and my stomach was ill all day. I never thought Kindergarteners would be so much fun and so much work!! (I am still sore). I don't know why I worried though, . I have a really good group. They are pretty mellow and love art and talking. So, we are going to have a fun year. To those who didn't have a good first day: the weekend is right around the corner... .Also, since I am a first year teacher, I have stuck like glue to the other K teacher, who is experienced. We talk everyday and she is a great mentor. I really needed someone who could show me the 'ropes'. So, if you don't have someone helping you, ask around.
