Hi all,
We usually have an agenda for the families to follow...Here's some of what's on the list this year. (We too have moved our open house to before school opening!)
Sign the guest list.
Tour the room-check out
some of the great books and materials we have. Be sure to return them to where you found them.
Meet the class pets.
Have your parents introduce themselves to another family they don't yet know.
Introduce yourself to someone you don't know.
Get an information bag. Fill out the teacher information and student interest forms. Return them to me ASAP.
Fill out the volunteer

form, as you're able.
Enjoy a snack.
Get a goodie bag. (It's a student survival bag with one of the cute poems and simple things tucked inside, ex: Eraser: Everyone makes mistakes and we learn by them.)
Have your family photo taken.
Say hello to your teacher!
