I teach 5th grade self-contained. You could use a Class Code of Conduct for every class you teach.(The same one) You can have set consequences and set reawards.Individual rewards maybe better for most of your classes. You can do a group reward once a week or once a month in for each class. Post the class code of conduct, consequences, and rewards upon the wall. Have a chart for each class with students name on it. If they break the code you can write down the consequence. I have a poster with pockets on it that I am going to use. If they break the codes so many times you can send a letter home to his/her parents and homeroom teacher. I hope some of this helps.
