I was doing an internship for highschool and I went to a third grade class. She used book pockets on the board at the front of the room. she had red and yellow pipe-cleaners in a jar on the table by the board. each student put thier pipecleaners in as they broke a rule then they would fint thier weekly behavior sheet, also on the table , and write the rule number they broke. then at the end of the day the class secertary would put a stamp on the sheets of the students that had only a yellow or no pipe cleaners in their pockets. this freed up the teachers time and made the students responsible for thier sheets and charts. hope this helps
