I remembered! This is the song that we use. It's to the tune of "Row, Row, Row, Your Boat".

Seven continents on the globe
Count them now with me.
North America, South American,
Africa makes three.

Europe, Asia, Australia,
Are three more that I know.
And dont' forget Antarctica,
That's SEVEN....Way to go!!
