I've tried rotating jobs for years and found it to be just one more organizational thing I had to plan, so the last couple of years I just had my "Star of the Week" be my assistant. They did any job I asked of them for the whole week. All I had to do was put all the students' names in a jar and pull a new one each Monday. This also saved me a bulletin board that I would have had jobs on.
