Love You!

Teachers- Remember, your " I love you", hug or pat on the back is the only one some students ever receive. In this day and age Beaver Cleaver isn't in your classroom. How many of your students come from stable homes? Kids need to know that you are interested in their lives, not just their test scores! I taught preschool for 15 years before moving to fourth grade. I tell my students I love them every day, even when they are not acting loveable. I struggle daily with lesson plans trying to ensure I reach all students. One thing I know I do well is CARE!
