"negative and positive consequences"

I have a Class Code of Conduct that I have made up this year for my class. They are direct behaviors that all are expected to follow. I have a Consequences poster listing what will happen if the code is broken. I then have a nicly decorated rewards poster that lists what they can earn for following the code. I break it down it daily, weekly, monthly, and marking period rewards. It is on a large poster with big gold letters. I feel that my students need to know what is expected of them and what they can earn if they choose to do the right thing.
