Sharing your Feelings
By Kimberly

Clip to ScrapBook
I can't believe your college told you not to share your feelings. If we don't share our feelings and how we handle situations, how will these kids ever learn a "good way" to handle some pretty tough emotions? When I am angry, I sit down and tell my kids. When they have disappointed me, I tell me. When I am sad, I tell them. They need to see a positive role model in action and know how to put all of these emotions into words. My kids know that it's OK to be angry, but it's not OK to hurt someone. They know I love them and I want the best the world has to offer for each and every one. I hope we all share ALL of our emotions with our kids! Have a blessed year!
