We did a questionnaire the kids filled out called "Guess Who?" It was a fill in the blank with questions like...My favorite color is...
My favorite food...
My favorite movie...
My favorite subject in school...
When I grow up I want to be... You get the idea. The kids filled it out and the parents had to guess which child was theirs. The answer was upside down on the back of the paper, so the parents could lift the paper without ripping it off the wall to check if they were right. It was a REAL hit! Good luck!
