He is identified

He is identified and has an IEP for reading which he is pulled out. He has been seeing a psychiatrist this past summer. School hasn't started and I don't have his file, yet. I don't know if his mental or emotional problems are also included on his IEP. I will certainly keep all your comments in mind. I am familiar with the form to communicate with the treating physicians. I just don't know how the mother will cooperate with us.
