Conduct Grades

I have a form that I send home weekly. I don't actually give a grade but it has a smiley face, neutral face, and frown face on it. I circle what they child got. I base this on the management system I use. I use a Behavior Buck system. I start mine at with a $0 balance so they have to earn whatever they get. They earn bucks for not getting their names on the board, completing all of their homework,etc. They never lose bucks bucks but if they don't do what they should they don't get any more. I keep track of what they earn each week and that is what I base their conduct grade on. Then they can spend their bucks at the classroom store at they end of each month. It really works for me. By the way, I use this with 5th grade. Hope it helps!
