I have read Strategies that Work, too. It's talks about specific strategies and describes them in detail. The readinglady.com site also relates to the Strategies book. There are lessons for teaching comprehension that are geared to lower grades, but I am going to crank them up a notch and use them with my 5th graders. I am looking forward to reading Mosaic of Thought after I finish G. Rs. & Ws. Have fun reading!
