If you get turtles..be prepard for LOTS of work By Kim

Just a word of caution..I have an aquatic turtle at home and it is a ton of work and money to upkeep. They need lots of space and a heater and filter and a varied diet. Plus you have to empty all of the water about once month or so.

They are wonderful pets and very rewarding, but I would caution against having one in the classroom.
