Kid Friendly Objectives

At the top of where I list my schedule on the board I write "What I should know and be able to do..."
Then, I have nametags with magnets on the back for each subject. This year I'm using nametags in the shape of a pencil. So when I rearrange the schedule each day I write the objective in kid friendly language next to the subject. For instance in math I might write "Explain what it means to be a regular polygon." Hope that makes sense! I wish I could post a picture to show you!
