announcing pregancy

Congrats! Two years ago, I was pregnant when school started. I announced it to my fellow teachers the first day of school but waited to tell the kids until a month or so later. Some of them had already guessed it. I teach 6th graders so not too much gets past them! I announced it to all of them then and explained that there would be some days I'd be gone to appointments, days I wouldn't feel very well and lots of times I would have to leave the room for bathroom breaks. They were so good about it. My husband and I are working on baby #2 and I hope I have another good class.
