It is a system of practicing math facts. It is based on learning a few facts at a time and practicing them until they are memorized. The original creator suggested having the students practice by saying the fact and answer out loud while another student listened and checked what they were saying on a sheet that included answers. Students would then switch jobs. After both students practice, there is a one minute time trial in writing. There is a way to differentiate the time for children whose fine motor requires that. I have adjusted how I run it and simply have the kids do their practice in writing. If you want to see what the fact sheets look like, you can check the website dadsworksheets.com. This is a dad who has taken the basic idea and created worksheets for his children. It will give you a pretty good idea about the program.
