Back to school blues

Missy it made me feel so much better to read your posting. I too had a good first year with a very challenging class. I've been told next year's kids are a pretty good bunch, so why do I dread going back to school? I've been wondering if I overdid my involvement last year when I spent every waking moment thinking about my class.I just can't seem to shake the feelings. Any ideas on how I can psych myself up anyone? I love teaching, and I truly came to enjoy even my most challenging kids last year.
