I would hope that your other parents would ban together and complain about this child to the principal and the school board etc....in my district that gets the most action! As a parent I wouldn't want my child in your room with that child...and that is sad but in today's society you never know what the child will bring to school when he's angry....guns, knives, etc... I wish you the best of luck...I'd be nervous too! I think it's just best to be as informed as you possibly can about the processes and policies that you should and should not follow.
