I also have use the Wong material with good results, however, in Feb. I went to a Fred Jones training seminar for my school site (K-5 700+ students) to check out his positive management/motivation ideas. I came back and
immediately implemented in my classroom-- wonderful results! Other teachers wanted in on the technique too...end result is that our principal ordered Tools For Teaching books for EVERY teacher at our site. We sent 8 more teachers to one of his seminars across the summer. Three other schools in our district saw what happens with this positive approach program and have now joined in too!
