Help for the Blahs

This will be my seventh year teaching but I changed school districts and grade levels last year and went through those same things. I recommend a look at the Fred Jones "Tools for Teaching" program as a way to set up positive ways to structure and excite your class and yourself! Go to his web site and browse his program for great motivation and management help. I went to his workshop last year then came back and implemented his program--what a change! Now our whole district will be using it to reduce behavior problems and stop teacher burnout. Hope this helps!
