behavior management for 4th graders

My partner teacher and I do teams as well, but we also reward good behavior on an individual basis. Our school uses a discipline book (similar to pulling slips). When you break a rule you sign the book telling what you did, date, etc. Anyway at the end of the week students who didn't sign the book all week can eat lunch outside with the teachers. Then for those who signed the book 2 times or less may draw from our grab bag that is loaded with all kinds of coupons and passes (No Homework, Treat from the Teacher, Lose your Shoes, Sit at the Teacher's Desk, etc.) We also reward our team with the most points on Friday.
