i either clean up the classroom, organize for an upcoming lesson, grade papers, or do some planning for the upcoming week. I keep all my TEs and plan book in the same spot on my desk in an organizer. Cleaning I just pick an area and try to fix that spot then move onto the next spot. For grading, I've never had a good system but this is what MrsCroak does and I'm seriously considering doing it this year: http://www.mrscroak.com/papertrap.html
