Weekly behavior log

I am attaching our behavior log that we use at school. We keep the log on a clip board and document any misbehavior. We send home daily calendars where we write the misbehavior down on. I like the calendars because I write all of the events going on for the month. The parents sign it each night to show they saw the behavior. It is a good day I stamp the date. I like the behavior log since I keep it for documentation to share at parent conferences.
