I saw your message about putting together a grant. Is this difficult to do? I would be interested in the list that you have put together of the picture books for writing. I am a Reading/Writing teacher for the 4th grade. We do not have a large collection of good books to use for read alouds or instructional purposes. I have spent as much money as I can to build a good collection of books. I would be interested in finding out more about the grant you are working on. Is it a state grant? How can I begin to work on one for the school that I am at in N.C.? Please e-mail me with any information that you can, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
