To respond to the last post, this issue that you refer to does not pertain to age, but dress (which is a totally different matter in itself.)To the initial poster, although I do not have an opinion or experience to share, you may want to check out the 2nd Career board on this site. Many posters have discussed how their "seasoning" has aided them in the classroom.
