Recess

Personally I believe that students should NOT be kept in a recess. This is a necessity for social as well as physical reasons.(there are schools who want to eliminate recess all together But thats a nother post)As far as homework goes there are other ways to get students to do it if you must have it. I do not believe in homework atr the elementary level. When I get my teaching credentials and start teaching I will only assign the amount of homework required by the school district, if any .
They will get enough in middleschool and highschool. Kids need the time at home to be with family and friends. they are in school all day they dont need school work at night. Im sorry if this dosent help but I just wanted to let you know what I think.
