Friday Folders
By Casey

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi there! I team teach, so it's always been hard trying to get all of my homeroom's papers sent home. But, in March of last year, we began sending home Friday Folders. We basically had file folders set up for each child, and every time a stack of papers was graded and recorded, we had a helper (this was one of the class jobs) file the papers in the folders. We usually put the papers in alphabetical order to make it easier for the child. On Friday, we sent all the papers home in a large manilla folder, which was to be sent back with the outside signed by a parent on Mon. It worked well...we just had to remember to stay on top of filing!
