I can relate to what you were saying about being interviewed by people you know. I did all my teaching experience at one school, so after I graduated in May, I went over there to turn in the "infamous Resume." While
I wasted a weekend with worry, and then I got the call that they had recommended me for the full time position. I was very relieved. I need the pay and the benefits! I know how it feels to be unsure- Especially with people you know that know YOU! You're right, it is essential to believe that God has the perfect plan and the perfect job. I know He led me to the one I have now. I'm sure interviewing must be scary, but remember, these people know you and they know your skills. Often interviewing is just a state formality, to legally cement what they already feel about someone and their qualifications. Lastly, if you have one position at your school, interview for another, and don't get it, don't assume the worst. It might not have anything to do with you. They may have found someone with more experience, or maybe they like you so much where you are, they can't find anyone good enough to replace you...
