Fifth Graders!

Fifth graders are great!! I did most of my practicum time and my student teaching at that level. I have had my own 5th grade class for 4 years now and I love them. They are old enought to work independently but not too old that they have started with the attitudes and hormones. They are very teachable and eager to learn. They are very cooperative and you can do so much with them. We just have a lot of fun. I've only had I class that was a real problem as far as behavior. If there are specific things you want to know please e-mail me. I'd be happy to help with anything I can. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. By the way, I have a 5th grader at home this year too.
