Make Do

If there are no bulliten boards--Make some! That is if you have the wall space. Wal-Mart sells cork board in the school supply section. The cork is sold in 12" squares and come 6 to a package. Perhaps You could give the idea to your students, let them tell you the space, number of packages etc... I just used hot glue to adhere mine to the wall! Good Luck!
