Hi
If you were coming in my room one day a week I would like to meet with you shortly before hand to discuss the units that I have been or will be teaching and have you do some kind of enrichment activity that would support| what I have been teaching. For example say we have been studying dinosaurs....it would be great if you had some enrichment activity that would tie in with what we are doing. It could be art, writing, games, or searching the internet...I would leave that up to you but that is what I would want. And I would also leave up to you the subject...you know we're teaching dinosaurs, studying | |
the state of California, reading about the Gold Rush and we're dividing in decimals. You could choose which subject you wanted to enrich - I wouldn't care.
Maybe you'll be so lucky as to have a teacher that would want that from you????Another thought, If a test was coming up I'd have you play a game with them that would help them with the facts they needed to know for the test. Good luck it sounds like a difficult position to find yourself in.
