A favorite reward for my fourth grade students is a "Sit By a Friend" lunch pass. I require both students to have a pass (have only required one in the past) and they get to sit together. I try to make it special by letting them sit at another lunch table (often not possible) or allow them to eat outside in the courtyard by the cafeteria. They like these passes better than homework passes. Diane
