If you have any laminating to be done you should check and see if your school does it and get that sent in. You will have to cut it all out and that could be done ahead of time. That would also help you to get thinking about decorations. Also I suggest buying the fade proof bulletin board paper. If you're careful with your boards it will last all year and you won't have to change backgrounds - that sure saves time.
