I to have a jealous "spy" who reports EVERYTHING to my principal. In my state an observation can not be "legal" UNLESS you are given written notification from the observer within 10 days. If you aren't notified ---they don't have a leg to stand on! Keep on doing your job--sounds like the kids love it-who cares about your co-workers -they sound jealous!
