Uniforms
By Tammy

Clip to ScrapBook
We have a list in the parent handbook of what is required as far as uniforms and a few things that are not allowed. When a student breaks uniform code we have a Parent Notice form that is sent home. It has to be signed by the parent and brought back. If the student gets 5 notices for breaking uniform code, they get a detention. This system seems to work well because I have had very few students break code in the last 4 years. Usually 1 notice is enough to get them thinking about a wasted afternoon in detention. Also the parents don't want to deal with having to come pick them up a hour after school has gotten out.
