We do have a Fall Fair but it is on a completely different day. I try to do my apple theme in October since apples are harvested in our area during that time. We still incorporate pumpkins and fall type stuff. There has also been a Halejuah Harvest on Halloween evening where kids could come and play carnival type games and traditional Halloween type games. Kids can dress up, but no evil costumes allowed. There is no type of dress up allowed on Halloween day. Hope this helps.
